Christopher Archer, Maj (ret), USAF, PMHNP/GNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP) with nearly 16 years of experience. In 2000, he joined the United States Air Force, where he worked as a clinical nurse in Pediatrics, Family Practice, Flight/Aerospace Medicine, and also had the opportunity to be a team leader on Vice President Dick Cheney's medical support team. Chris is an expert in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, Stress, Trauma and PTSD - as well as many other conditions.

I am accepting new clients! As an Integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I have cared for hundreds clients across the lifespan. Nothing matters more to me than your health and comfort, which is why I’ve put in so much time and effort into advancing my medical practice and therapeutic techniques. In recognition that everyone has their own unique challenges and journeys towards achieving their personal definition of happy and healthy lives; I have developed Red Rocks Psychiatry to be a nurturing and safe place that fosters emotional healing, development and education to support resilient mental health.

I am originally from Alabama and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for my MSN. I also spent 7 years in the Army and am a combat veteran. I have been in Nursing since 2013 and mental health since 2016 where I got my start at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Tennessee working with inpatient psychiatry. Working with veterans helped me to realize my next career goal of becoming a PMHNP. I set forth and graduated in 2020 with my MSN as a PMHNP.

Although I am not currently offering controlled substances, I assist individuals in dealing with anxiety and depression by addressing specific mental health needs through coaching, counseling, psychoeducation, medication management, and other psychotherapeutic interventions. Maintaining a person-centered focus and approach to help others reach their mental health goals allows me to provide treatment in a safe, effective manner using evidence-based practice tools.

I am currently a ANCC board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner here at Tranquility Telepsychiatry. I am a Savannah, GA native with over 5 years in psychiatric nursing experience ranging from forensic, inpatient crisis stabilization and travel. My specialties include Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse, Major Depression and Anxiety. I enjoy my free time shopping and traveling for leisure.

Alex is a psychiatrist who completed his medical degree at Florida State University and his training at University Hospitals Adult Psychiatry Residency. Throughout his schooling and training he has seen the inadequacy of the current health system and has sought to gain additional knowledge in holistic approaches that address more of the whole individual instead of focusing on parts. He completed a one year program in Psychedelic Therapy and Research through the California Institute of Integral Studies.
