I work with men of all ages who are trying to find their path. Feeling lost, overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious in your day-to-day life can mean you are on the cusp of a life transition which can be a great opportunity. I help clients work through the areas where they struggle, whether they involve personal, school, relational, or career challenges. I believe that once you identify what you want and know what stands in your way and how to overcome it, you are more motivated to work toward your goals.
I have been in private practice for over 5 years helping my clients confront the difficulties associated with depression, anxiety, drug use, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and more. You are more than your diagnosis and I do not treat symptoms in isolation. Instead, I take a holistic approach and treat a person as a whole.
The most important piece of my approach is relationship development. I often utilize interactive activities, especially in the outdoors, to create positive connections. My goal is to build a strong and trusting connection with you, so you want to share, explore, and grow with my support.
