Whether you are clumsy, always “on the go”, have difficulty managing emotions and/or concentrating, or are sensitive to things like lights, sounds, food, or textures in clothing, occupational therapy may help with life’s day-to-day stressors. As an OT, I collaborate with children, adults, and their families to find and refine solutions for a more meaningful life. Using a client-centered approach, I use the strengths and interests of my client to help manage stress and improve areas of life that may be difficult.
