My specialism lies in supporting those recovering from psychological and physical abuse, including sexual abuse, rape, grooming, domestic violence, coercion and controlling relationships. If you have been through this type of experience I will be well placed to understand and help you work through the impact it has had on your life.
I am a BACP Registered therapist and offer therapy for a range of additional issues including; depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, grief & women’s issues including being child-free. It is my aim to offer my clients a place of safety in which to increase in self-awareness, heal from past events & work towards the future you desire and deserve.
