Have you been putting off therapy? Are your ways of coping no longer working? You have successfully solved other problems in your life, but this one is different. Past traumatic experiences can have lasting impact on us if we don’t work through them appropriately. These experiences can cause anxiety, shame, irritability or guilt. You might even have negative beliefs about yourself, the world or others as a result. I’m here to help you sort through your experiences. I have several years of experience helping people with anxiety, trauma (military or non-military related) or depression and am confident that you can feel better.
I will help you either individually or as a couple, so that you can live a more meaningful, fulfilling life. I will listen to your story and learn about who you are and about your experiences. We will identify which therapy approach fits you best to accomplish your goals. My approaches consist of CBT, CPT, EMDR, PE and DBT, or Gottman method with couples.
