We will look at behavioral and thought patterns to reduce irritability that impacts your relationships, self-esteem, self-confidence, sleep and anxiety.
I specialize in women’s issues, stress management, anger management, depression and anxiety. I assist you in focusing on your feelings (not thinking) and unpacking childhood trauma as a trauma trained therapist. It's courageous to share your life, thoughts and emotions with someone else and I don't take that lightly.
