My experience lies in working with clients on issues of gender identity, depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, OCD using ERP, difficulties with adjusting, and LGBTQ relationship issues. I also provide support to parents navigating their child's gender journey and working towards balancing home and work. My passion lies in creating a safe space for you to find your best life, and I would love to work with you as you seek out healing and wellness, and know that with support, many things are possible.
Serenity means calm and peace. I work with clients to attain their serenity to ensure they can balance the stressors of work, life, home, kids, and still be able to have their own identities. Management of mental health issues is possible, and counseling can help.
Appointments available Tuesday-Thursday. I accept credit/debit/FSA for payment, and Anthem, Sentara, Tricare OON, and United Healthcare insurance plans. transCEND
transCEND currently serves adult clients who identify as transgender and gender-nonconforming reach their desired potential in their lives, related to their gender identity, expression, and advocacy, as well as their mental health. Meetings occur on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, from 6-7:30pm. Insurance is accepted for this service, and spaces are available.
