I'm Becca Post, founder of Forward Healing Co. When you choose to heal, my team and I are here to help you heal forward. The old model of change accepted by most medical communities is cyclical in nature. You feel that something is wrong, you seek help, you feel better, you “graduate.” Then, something happens — you’re triggered, life changes, you “relapse” — and you seek help again. Therapy works…until it doesn’t. So I created a new model of change for my group therapy practice: the Forward Model of Change.
We know that when you graduate therapy, it doesn’t mean you don’t need support. Our Forward Model of Change guides you through 4 phases of processing, offering new formats, tools, and support as you change. Based on your unique journey, you can get support from me or my team through Therapy or After Therapy.
With a commitment to show up in my humanness so you can too, I combine my clinical training in psychotherapy models with holistic tools and spiritual practices, offering you permission to shift your patterns. Wholeness doesn’t come from a diagnosis. Instead, I help you gain coping skills, build stress tolerance, articulate feelings, and recognize patterns.
