I work with adults (18+) across Utah who are navigating trauma, substance use, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in harm reduction, helping you understand your experiences without judgment or shame while building a path toward inner peace and balance.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate evidence-based trauma therapy with grounding and mindfulness tools to support nervous system regulation and emotional safety. For clients who benefit from additional comfort and connection, my trained therapy dog, Bindi, often joins our sessions to support healing through presence, calm, and unconditional care.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. Whether you’re seeking therapy in Salt Lake City or virtually anywhere in Utah, we’ll work together to help you understand your patterns, reclaim your sense of self, and heal forward—at your own pace and in your own way.
