My aim is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you are supported in your healing. The comfortability and trust you feel in our relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy. Clients express appreciation for the authenticity, humor and humanness I bring to our work. Common themes include transforming beliefs and behaviors that are no longer helpful; processing difficult emotions and experiences; and growing a more supportive relationship with self.
I work with many people who benefit from an integrative, mind/body/spirit perspective. I incorporate neuroscience in my framework and am trained in EMDR, IFS, somatic experiencing and mindfulness based stress reduction. My services are non-pathologizing, neurodivergent/queer affirming and body/collective liberation oriented.
I value a flexible approach that supports you in your own goals. My priority is to create a safe, authentic environment where you are able to nurture whatever change you seek for yourself.
