Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Are you having relational issues? Have you survived a trauma or scary experience and are looking to heal? I would like to help. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. As a psychotherapist, I work within a supportive relational framework and incorporate varied behavioral modalities. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and validating. I believe that healing only occurs within a safe therapeutic relationship. We can work together to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms and continue the journey to well being.
I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist serving NY, CO, and FL. I work with young adults, adults and couples within a supportive relational framework and incorporate varied behavioral modalities (including ACT, CBT and DBT). I have a MA in psychology, MSW in social work and presently am a doctoral student graduating in 2024.
Individual sessions are 45 minutes and couples sessions are 90 minutes.
