These challenges can continue to build and sometimes knowing which way is up can be hard, causing anxiety and/or depression. I am here to help you sort through these challenging feelings and work with you on building strategies and mechanisms that will strengthen you amidst these difficulties. If you are struggling to make sense of life, or even a particular situation, struggling with closure, grief, having a hard time coping with life's demanding pace, or feeling like you're burning out, I am here to help.
I am a registered psychotherapist experienced in supporting individuals in hospital, healthcare, educational and community settings. My specialty includes supporting individuals experiencing chronic or terminal illness, caregiver support, grief, and/or anxiety. Among other interventions, I integrate Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness into my practice.
