I help adults in their 20s-30s who want to feel happy again but are feeling stuck, lost, numb, or overwhelmed with life. My clients tell me that the pressure to choose the right degree, career, friends, or partner leads them to spiral into depression, anxiety, and other difficult feelings. They feel alone and misunderstood. They want to smile and feel like themself again, but don’t know how.
Life can be tough, I understand, and can help. By primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I’ll help you trust your true self and learn to manage painful emotions. I’ll help you do this by understanding changes to your brain, teach you specific techniques to alter the brain activity that gives you stress response(s), and learn to fully value yourself.
I'm a skilled mental health therapist that has been counselling adults in primary healthcare since 2017. I currently work as a Clinical Social Worker at Toronto Western Hospital and Women's College to stay relevant in best practice. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story. Email me to book.
