I graduated with my MSW from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2020. I have experience working with a range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, grief, personality disorders, and trauma symptoms. While I work with all individuals regardless of demographics, my expertise lies with folks ages 12-40. I understand starting counseling can be intimidating. Welcoming a stranger into the most vulnerable parts of life is not something that feels very natural. That said, I recognize and embrace that a connection should be formed before the work can begin.
A little about me (and not the cliche "I like hiking in my free time" information). I am a military spouse, new mom, and a type C human. I like to think I'm a reader, but I've realized I mostly just like owning books. I'm an introvert, but value deep connection.
