I support people with anxiety and/or chronic pain to live a more balanced life. Anxiety can be debilitating and overwhelming. I will work with you to understand what life is like for you and to offer new perspective and ways of coping. We often 'block' thoughts as a coping strategy, and whilst this can be very useful, it can increase anxiety. If you experience physical symptoms such as headaches, IBS, joint pain or fibromyalgia, your body may be literally holding the weight of your anxiety. We can consider whether a more holistic approach will help you–exploring the connection between your physical symptoms and your anxiety.
