I’m an experienced counsellor working in a Person-Centred way, using Narrative Therapy alongside other creative ways of working. I have over 16 years experience of working with adults, children, young people and families. I have found that working with compassion and empathy, to support a deeper more embodied understanding of our responses to difficult situations is a powerful and healing way of working for many people and can lead to deep change. I believe that we all have potential for becoming unstuck and that there is always a possibility of listening to ourselves with greater compassion and self-acceptance.
