I aim to promote honest conversations regarding your needs, goals and aims, along with my ability to help you meet these. I am able to provide therapy both in English and Greek, and have developed a passion for e-therapy. E-Therapy is personal as the video function helps promote the therapeutic relationship while also being practical and time effective by taking away the hassle of travelling for your sessions. E-therapy can be complemented with face to face sessions every few months.
