I believe that transformation does not just happen, it takes a plan and a support system that I can provide for you, in a safe place were you can feel listened to and understood. When you are struggling to cope with the effects of difficult life events, feelings or experiences, it can be overwhelming. Sharing your experiences and feelings with someone outside your own immediate situation provides you with a chance to unburden and I am here to support you during every step of the your journey. I want to empower you to take back control of your life, help build your resilient again and to live in a more positive and rewarding way.
I believe sessions are not about providing you with advice or telling you what to do, instead you are in control and you decide what you want to talk about. I feel the purpose is to help you improve your desired life chances. By exploring and clarifying issues, as well as what options are available to you, can help you decide on a supported way forward.
It can be a big step seeking help and it can be comforting to have an understanding of what to expect from me when you start on what is often a transformation of personal challenges into life-enhancing opportunities. I feel our sessions should be a time to get to know each other and build a trusting relationship, while addressing the issues you bring.
