I know how difficult it is to reach out for support and how bumpy our personal journey can be at times. I am a fully qualified, experienced therapist and I work with a variety of issues including trauma, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues and stress. I believe that the key in my therapeutic work is simply being there for you with an open heart and mind. Being fully present means meeting you and your life's journey with empathy and compassion, because I know from the experience how powerful it can be to feel really seen and understood.
I work in a person-centred way, that recognises and values each person as an unique individual. I have worked in many settings including St Margeret's Hospice, Ayrshire Hospice, Cardonald College. I also worked in an EAP agency offering work place counselling. Currently, I am supporting and mentoring students.
I can offer an empathetic and open therapeutic approach. I work in a convenient location in Glasgow City Centre and aim to create a safe and welcoming space, where you can explore any issues or difficulties that are affecting you. You will have time and space to process your feelings in a peaceful and non-judgmental environment.
