I am a Integrative counsellor with 18 years experience of working within different agencies and my own private practice. I offer long or short term counselling or psychotherapy in a environment that is safe, supportive and non-judgemental. I adapt my style of working to the needs of each individual person. Before counselling I was a Nurse for 14 years.
For you to talk about what has been upsetting you I offer a warm, and safe environment where you will be heard and not judged. This will enable you to build trust in our therapeutic relationship and for you to see that change can happen and the feeling of being stuck begins to leave.
