I’m an experienced anxiety and trauma therapist with additional qualifications and training in hypnotherapy, mindfulness and polyvagal theory (nervous system regulation). I offer compassion focused, person-centred therapy for anyone struggling with anxiety or trauma issues.
I know, first hand, how awful it is to live in a body that feels constantly anxious, stressed and overwhelmed and I understand the pain and frustration of life always feeling like an up-hill struggle.
