Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Counselling in Rayleigh

I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor and a member of the BPS. I am trained in Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamics. I specialise in Relationship and Family Counselling, Dementia and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, work-related stress and breakdowns. I also have vast experience of bereavement counselling. I have many years experience (9+) of working with Carers/family members who care for their loved ones who are living with Dementia. When caring for a loved one, our own emotions and feelings can sometimes be forgotten.
