I am an integrative counsellor and senior psychological therapist with over 8000 hours of clinical practice. I offer a range of therapeutic resources to support adults, adolescents, children and families when they are struggling to resolve psychological issues. I am a qualified in EMDR and Trauma-focused CBT, working with Autism and ADHD, amongst other therapies and have considerable training and experience managing traumatic presentations stemming from adverse life experiences and also specialise in treating the psychological effects of serious or terminal illness.
