I specialise in support and counselling for children, young people and adults by offering a space to think about, explore and talk about issues that may be concerning or affecting the quality of your life. My aim is to help you take greater control of your life so that you feel more content, resilient and able to respond to life's different challenges. As a qualified Integrative Counsellor, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your needs. I specialise in counselling children 6yrs upwards and young people both in and out of the school setting. I have experience working with clients who present with Autistic Spectrum and ADHD. I have a DBS enhanced certificate & professional insurance
