I think it's very brave to acknowledge when there are difficulties in your life and to embark on a journey of change. It is my privilege to accompany individuals on a therapeutic process which enables them to live a more meaningful life. Our journey together can sometimes be a brief stepping stone of goal focused support, or at other times the therapeutic process is longer term and more explorative. I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals as well as individuals who have lived through adverse or traumatic life experiences. I welcome enquiries from all genders and sexualities.
I support individuals drawing on multiple evidence-based approaches to tailor support to your specific needs. I provide a containing, non-judgemental space where we think together about how to make a meaningful difference to your life. I worked in the NHS for several years and more recently, I have worked exclusively in the private sector.
I offer free 15 minute consultations to potential clients who are thinking about whether psychological therapy is appropriate for them. This allows us to begin establishing a rapport and see if we connect as having the right fit is a vital part of the therapeutic process. It's also important to think about if now is the right time to embark on this journey.
