Sometimes we can feel stuck in life, and find ourselves caught in a cycle of unhelpful behaviour patterns or ways of relating to ourselves and others. We may feel conflicted,anxious sad or depressed but don't know why. We want to understand ourselves better and to be understood by others. We want to achieve inner peace but we don’t know how to, or feel we have the capacity to make changes or achieve lasting healing.
I am a BACP Registered and experienced psychodynamic counsellor. I also draw on other approaches in my work in particular Internal Family Systems and Comprehensive Resource Model. I offer both short term contracts and longer term open ended contracts from Wednesday to Friday day time and evening sessions the latest 7pm.
Embarking on therapy takes courage and commitment. I will bring curiosity and compassion to our work together and provide a safe secure and creative space in which you you feel supported and held to explore what is keeping you stuck and unhappy.
