I've been working with people for over 20 years, joining them in sense-making journeys that allow them to live more content and meaningful lives. My focus is to help people explore their thoughts, emotions and past to alleviate difficult states or obstacles to their wellbeing. When people understand what drives their behaviour and reconnect with lost parts of themselves, they can reengage in positive relationships and feel they can own their life. Symptoms like anxiety, depression or a sense of futility and unhappiness are usually linked to past experience and therapy can facilitate a safe frame to revisit them.
Gaining insight into what is unconsciously driving your thoughts and behaviours can dramatically shift your outlook and the way you respond to life events. I offer medium and long-term psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, a multifaceted professional experience and a solid engagement with different schools of psychotherapy over 14 years.
Healing is not about what a therapist does, says or advises, it is the safe space of the therapeutic relationship. I have trained psychoanalytically to get to the roots of what keeps people entrapped in emotional or relational dead-ends but also to locate the resources they need to get a sense of their destiny. I work online in the UK and across Europe.
