I specialize in working with adults and teenagers experiencing depression and anxiety. I also work with people experiencing trauma, spiritual crisis, relationship issues, loneliness, problems due to medication, and stress in many forms. A block of time in my practice is kept open daily for those in crisis, who cannot find adequate support through the public system. I also work with couples wishing to heal relational concerns, and those with an inclination towards spiritual practice/life. I am LGBTQ2S+ friendly and welcome people from all faith backgrounds and walks of life. Sessions are available in-person, by email, and via video.

You're trying to help your child grow up to be a confident and happy individual. You wish you knew how to support your struggling youth and are doing your best but you just feel stuck and don't know what the next steps are. I specialize in working with parents and teens ages 14 + with challenging behaviours, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and addictions issues.

Accepting new clients for virtual talk-therapy or art-therapy sessions, offering a sliding scale of $85 - $125 per session. I want to help my clients achieve positive changes in their lives and regain a sense of hope and direction. I have over 16 years experience in special education and am drawn to working with clients who are neurodiverse. I have additional training in therapeutic and visual arts. I welcome clients of all ages, abilities, identities, and backgrounds.

First Nations clients who qualify for FNHA services attend for free.

I find hope in what seems to be hopeless situations and clients trust that I can help without judgment. Listening to my clients' personal stories is both an honour and a privilege; feeling heard and understood is often their first significant step towards change. Mostly what I've found is that in my 30 years in the field of psychology and mental health, most of us can work through most of life's little challenges.
