Accepting new clients for virtual talk-therapy or therapeutic arts sessions, with an accessible sliding scale of $95 - $130 per session. I want to help my clients achieve positive changes in their lives and regain a sense of hope and direction. I have over 16 years experience in special education and am drawn to working with clients who are neurodiverse. I welcome clients of all ages, abilities, identities, and backgrounds.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. My goal is to make my clients feel welcome and comfortable, their privacy is carefully guarded, and their rights are always respected. I incorporate various modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Adlerian, Narrative, Therapeutic Arts, etc.) based upon each client's individual goals and needs.
I love working as a counsellor and genuinely care about each of my clients. Please reach out with any questions or if you'd like to schedule a free consultation call. I look forward to connecting with you!
