ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider & ADHD-Certified Educator. Let's face it, parenting can leave you feeling frustrated, powerless and downright distressed. You're trying to help your teen grow up to be a confident and happy individual. You wish you knew how to support your struggling youth and are doing your best but you just feel stuck and don't know what the next steps are. I specialize in working with parents and teens ages 14 + with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (Disorder) (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) aka A Pervasive Desire For Autonomy and substance use struggles.
Through counselling and education I empower youth and their families to foster confidence, emotional well-being and resiliency. My goal is to help families discover the tools they can use to build or rebuild a solid, honest, and trusting relationship while learning healthy coping strategies and communication skills.
Just remember, you are doing your very best and everyone needs a little help sometimes. If you are looking for support, please don't hesitate to reach out for a free consult or book your initial appointment right away.
