You're trying to help your teen grow up to be a confident and happy individual. I specialize in working with parents and teens ages 14 + with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (Disorder) (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) aka A Pervasive Desire For Autonomy and substance use struggles.

Through counselling and education I empower youth and their families to foster confidence, emotional well-being and resiliency. My goal is to help families discover the tools they can use to build or rebuild a solid, honest, and trusting relationship while learning healthy coping strategies and communication skills.
