I feel privileged to be able to accompany my clients to witness what is in the "here and now," to help with the healing and unfolding process, and to deepen their awareness and consciousness. First Nations clients who qualify for FNHA services attend for free.
As a focusing-oriented therapist (body centred), I support the healing of PTSD, complex trauma, inner child work, self esteem issues, OCD/addiction, depression and anxiety. In addition, I specialize in couples therapy to help facilitate respect, deep listening, and connection. I am a culturally sensitive counsellor, and also offer music integrated therapy.
