I have a clinical specialization in mental health and work with clients who struggle with, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and OCD, among other mental health diagnoses. I also have a passion for working with couples and supporting them as they work towards their relatonship goals such as enhanced communication, trust and healthy expecations.
I have over 17 years experience in this field. Using a variety of theoretically based treatment models, I consider myself a generalist with an eclectic approach to therapy. I am client centererd, utilize CBT and a strengths based model. I offer secular counseling and Christian upon request
I am soft spoken, caring and empathetic. I understand that counselling can intiallly be intimidating. I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental environment where you can be assured that I will take your concerns seriously and offer you the support that you request with privacy and confidentiality.
