In addition, I prioritize equipping individuals with diverse tools to deal with everyday/daily challenges. In my approach, I prioritize addressing all concerns rather than merely chasing symptoms. This entails using various modalities that are somatic, behaviour & cognitive this includes: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
