I have worked with individuals, couples and families for over 20 years to help them overcome the challenges they face. I have also been actively involved in teaching and research into how to help bring about the change that you may seek. I am passionate about the work that I do and am devoted to helping my clients empower themselves and gain control over their lives. I take a collaborative and problem solving approach to therapy, understanding that your concerns require immediate treatment in the most effective way possible. Drawing on principles of cognitive-behavior therapy, we work together to address those areas of your life, past, present and future, where understanding is necessary and change is required.
