As a Gestalt therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore what is bothering you in the present moment. Sometimes, our usual way of thinking and dealing with life adversities stops working, leaving us feeling lost. My purpose is to bring some clarity and awareness to your thought process especially the ones that are disruptive and preventing you to live a fuller life.
What I learned through my own journey of healing is that there is no right or wrong way of doing therapy. The outcome depends on your intention. Keep in mind that therapy is not the ultimate solution to our problems, but rather it supports us to expand our capacity and have the agency to get through tough situations in the future.
