My practice has a comprehensive focus on mental heath, marriage couple and family therapy and family mediation. Having been trained in a hospital setting, I work effectively with depression, anxiety disorders, addictions and most mental health disorders. In addition, I have a comprehensive focus on marriage, couples and family therapy focusing on couples experiencing a high level of marital conflict, relationship breakdown or who want to improve the quality of their relationship. Restoring healthy relationships and supporting healthy family systems is one of my core passions! Do you feel you need this?
Also, I have an adolescent focus having worked with adolescents and young adults in a school setting working on mental wellness, behavioural issues, coping skills, strengths and resilience building. Other areas of practice include general life stressors, such as situational or ongoing crises, grief and loss and or issues related to the courts (family).
My practice offers individual, couples and family therapy either in the clinic or via Zoom. While therapy can be challenging I like to offer an authentic relationship with practicality and humour. No issue is "off the table" - no shame, no judgement, no guilt. I want to help you move towards the life you value and were meant to have!
