I am an ADHD Coach with over 10 years of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist. As someone with ADHD myself, I can appreciate the challenges of living with ADHD. My focus is working with adults with ADHD. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I utilize effective strategies to help you overcome difficulties experienced at home, school, and/or the workplace.

I am a trauma informed, and strengths focused clinician, working from an anti-oppressive framework, who believes an effective therapeutic relationship is one of the greatest vehicles for change. Each individual is the expert of their own life, and therefore sessions are client focused and client paced.

Originally from Annapolis Valley, Dr. McClure graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then achieved distinction as a Killam Laureate during her graduate studies at The University of British Columbia, where she completed two master’s degrees and a Ph.D. After a decade of training out west, Dr. McClure returned home to her family in Nova Scotia.
