From Anxiety to Freedom Group
This 5 week Class and follow-up group teaches you by experience how to deal with, release and gradually let go of anxiety and panic attacks. These techniques include breath-work and mindfulness meditation. Week 4 and 5 will help you to grow the happy and peaceful life you deserve.
