Hi there, I'm Jana, a registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor with a B.Couns. and M.A.C.A. level 4 certification. My practice focuses on supporting young adults, adults, and couples, offering support for various issues including Trauma Counselling, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, Self Harm and Relationship issues.

Are you struggling to find a balance in your life? do you feel out of control, even though you keep trying to take charge?...I am here to support you in creating a more grounded experience of self, and support your ability to engage with life in a beneficial way. My specialty is work with clients who are struggling with relationships, self-esteem, identity and work/life balance. I have 5years experience in the addictions field, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional/mental imbalances we all carry. I work with clients both individually and in groups.

Our team of highly skilled psychologists are bilingual and / or multilingual . Our practice is also located in multiple locations and telehealth for easier accessibility for clients.

My practice is informed by a humanistic-existential approach, which means, I understand the complexity of individual intrapersonal and interpersonal experiences and believe that they are at the heart of our human experience. I believe we all have it within us to create meaning and purpose in our lives and this can only occur when we come to understand our lives are not something to overcome but rather something we must face with compassion and tenderness. I draw on evidence based modalities such as CBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, family systems, and Gottman approach to support and guide individual and couples therapy.

Joanna is a passionate, energetic and driven individual who strives to enhance people’s mental health and well-being and guide them toward a rich and meaningful life. Joanna believes individuals are the experts of their own lives which is why she adopts a client focused approach, developing and implementing interventions depending on individual needs. Joanna embraces a non-judgmental approach whilst providing a safe space for individual’s to share their experience. Joanna also diagnoses ADHD, ASD, Intellectual Developmental Disability and conducts various psychometric assessments.

Petroula provides Psychological counselling to those wishing to improve their mental health, ranging from workplace stress to significant mental health concerns. By considering the unique personal strengths and challenges of each person, she aims to creative a supportive environment to help people work through their struggles, overcome difficulties, and achieve their full potential.

TIVITI was established to provide Positivity through Psychology. Our aim is to help empower people to explore the challenges they are facing in life and make positive changes. Through CBT, Solution Focused therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy we can assist individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low mood, post-traumatic stress disorder, work related stress, adjustment disorder and pain management. Our goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for people to expertly explore any challenges they may be facing.
