Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck in recurring patterns despite functioning well in other areas of life. They may be navigating relationship difficulties, family estrangement, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, or questions of identity and meaning. Together we explore not only what's happening, but why it keeps happening. Therapy is tailored to the individual or couple, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and make more intentional choices aligned with the life they want to live.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, burnout, family estrangement and life transitions. My practice is grounded in an existentially informed approach, drawing on advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and The Couples Institute Developmental Model.
You might be holding it all together on the outside while feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Therapy offers a space to slow down, think deeply, and make sense of what's happening with warmth, curiosity and honesty. And when it fits, there's room for humour too, because sometimes laughter helps us breathe.
