Are you looking for support during a difficult time? I would be honoured to support you as you navigate life's challenges. I am an outgoing and enthusiastic psychologist who strongly believes every person deserves to have a dedicated therapist by their side. I take a holistic approach to psychological treatment, which means I look at the body-mind-soul connection. I possess a non-judgemental and understanding nature which allows me to empathise deeply without being afraid to gently challenge clients to explore their deeper selves when feeling safe to do so.
I have provided psychological treatment in community settings, private practice, and school settings. I possess extensive experience working with complex mental health, suicidality, perinatal mental health, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, bullying and school refusal, ADHD, and stress management. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
My client-centred and holistic lens on psychological therapy allows for the exploration of the cognitive, behavioural and emotional tools one may need to actively and confidently overcome the challenges life throws at us.
