Groups
Mindfulness for Mental Health
Come join us in a safe, non judgmental environment to learn about the benefits and tools of mindfulness. Each week we will start with a grounding guided meditation, a short check in, and a lesson on a some mindfulness techniques, then have the opportunity to practice some of those tools (such as breathing, movement, non judgement). When we slow down, we are able to observe our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and patterns. When we practice mindfulness, we treat ourselves with kindness, we have the opportunity to actively choose different patterns! I hope you can join us.

The Heart of Healing
I created this group to help us learn what I find the missing link of most therapies. It involves tapping into the body’s internal sense of safety, which happens in the biology, in the nervous system. In order to heal, change or let go, the body needs to feel safe enough to do something different. Expect to learn basic physiology of stress, how to physically support the nervous system and engage and connect with others on the healing journey! We often get hurt in relationship, but we also heal in relationship. This group meets 2x monthly.
