Are you looking to make change? I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. I am passionate about empowering clients to make changes in their lives and the lives of others. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of health/wellbeing, mental health and addictions and have worked with individuals, couples and families coping with a wide range of concerns. I offer an inclusive and accepting therapeutic space for all clients and bring to my work a non-judgmental, warm, and interactive style.
I help clients to cope more effectively with emotions, stress and difficult situations. I support clients in better understanding themselves/others, manage health/mental health symptoms in themselves or family members and reduce excessive behaviours. I help clients re-connect with a partner or family member and achieve healthier relationships.
Clinical Supervision- I offer private supervision to new/experienced social workers working in various settings (primary health care, child and adult mental health care and private practice) who require support on working with clients or building a private practice. Some evening/weekend appointments are available.
