I specialize in helping people with anxiety and mental health issues such as depression, bi-polar disorder and other psychiatric conditions. I have lived experience with family members with schizophrenia (my younger brother) and depression (my father) and I offer compassion and understanding. And offer personal experience with divorce and separation.
