Robert D. Schweitzer, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology at the School of Psychology and Counselling at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, where he established the clinical psychology program with a focus on integrative approaches to psychotherapy. He is a clinician, teacher, and researcher, with an active research program focusing on people from refugee backgrounds. He is an author of the book Phenomenology and the Extreme Sport Experience.
