We are a family-owned outpatient clinic focused on TMS treatment for depression, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment of injured workers. Dr. David Penner, MD, founded our clinic to provide high-quality mental health care tailored toward each patient. Our clinic is staffed with highly-trained professionals. Northpoint Washington offers residential substance use disorder treatment for adults 18+. During treatment at Northpoint, patients will receive dual-diagnosis treatment, which addresses the substance use disorder and any underlying mental health conditions. Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 12-17 in Seattle, WA. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens that suffer from mental health or behavioral conditions. We provide necessary coping skills and tools to transition back into their home, community and schooling system.

We offer mental health outpatient counseling/therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Adult, Young Adult (18-30), 50+, and Adolescent (13-17) PHP, partial hospitalization, programs. Using CBT and ACT programming, medication management, nursing groups, rec and music therapy, the Partial Hospitalization Program provides treatment for people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other mood disorders. Patients participate in group therapy for six hours a day, five days per week. The Adolescent PHP program is available virtually or on-site.

Only 2/3 of patients with depression experience substantial relief of their symptoms with medications and therapy, and most of those individuals recover in their first 2 antidepressant trials (source: STAR*D study)! For the other 1/3 - nearly 6 million Americans - TMS, esketamine, ECT, and other treatments offer hope. Between these three treatments, nearly 90% of our patients improve. Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital's mission is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and innovative environment of patient centered care. Located in Marysville, WA -- Smokey Point Behavioral opened its doors in June 2017 to meet the needs of a rapidly growing North Sound region with a 115-bed, state-of-the-art, freestanding psychiatric facility.
