Logos IOP is committed to supporting teens in their mental health journey. As a specialized intensive outpatient program (IOP), we focus on stress-management, anxiety, depression, and trauma in teens aged 14-18.

We have been providing intensive outpatient treatment, groups individual and couple therapy in the Greater Dallas area since 1999 for adult clients who both step down from residential programs, from detox, and for primary treatment appropriate for this level of care. Our staff consists of Master's level trained, experienced counselors licensed in the field of addiction. Our IOP is structured to meet 3 times weekly for 8 weeks with focus on understanding addiction as a brain-based illness and to help clients learn to cope with moving from a reactive to a proactive process of recovery. We utilize group, individual, and family therapy to help clients develop the coping skills to prepare clients to engage in long term recovery.

Consisting of nine hours per week of group counseling and one hour per week of individual/conjoint counseling sessions, our Intensive Outpatient Programs strive to address every aspect of your mental health disorder, from triggers and cravings to the psychological explanations behind them. As mental health disorders affect both the individual suffering as well as his or her loved ones, weekly family sessions are held in order to both educate family members on the specifics of the disorder and facilitate healthy communication between everyone involved. By utilizing evidence based therapeutic approaches, our Licensed Professional Counselors and Masters Level Clinicians will provide you with healthy, adaptive coping mechanisms as you work together to target the core stressors which trigger your symptoms. Throughout your time in the Intensive Outpatient Program, you will learn to utilize these valuable tools outside of the protective counseling walls, enabling you to create peace and stability in your daily life.

IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. IOP is structured psychotherapy in a small group format. Group settings are effective in developing self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness. In order to determine the best care plan for you, we offer confidential consultation and assessment services to better understand your physical, mental, social and emotional health history. Assessments may be scheduled by calling us at 469-340-2777. Whether your assessment is conducted in person or online, our licensed, compassionate clinicians in consultation with our medical staff will recommend an effective plan of care and answer any questions you may have.

Red River Hospital is a premier outpatient treatment center for adults and adolescents who have behavioral health concerns. We offer intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for adults and adolescents who need structured support but do not require a more intensive service like an inpatient program. Patients who participate in our IOP may step up or step down from a different level of care, or they may enter treatment directly at the IOP level. People usually participate in our IOP services for about three to five weeks. This participation consists of five days of on-site programming each week for three hours a day. During this time, you or your loved one may benefit from therapeutic activities like experiential therapies, daily group therapy sessions, medication management, and individual and family therapies. Our intensive outpatient programming serves adults who have mental illnesses and certain addictions along with adolescents who have a variety of behavioral health concerns. We offer diverse treatment modalities to meet our patients’ needs, including 12-Step programming, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

ADULT and ADOLESCENT PHP/IOP Programs available for individuals, 13-18 years or older, who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition and/or an addiction. Eating Recovery Center, Dallas is a Joint Commission-accredited center for eating disorders treatment and prevention based in Plano, TX. Developed in 2014 by eating disorders experts, Eating Recovery Center, Dallas is a medically-supervised treatment program serving female and male adults, children and adolescents with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder and co-occurring disorders. A multidisciplinary team of professionals oversees comprehensive outpatient levels of care, including a seven-day per week Partial Hospitalization Program and an Intensive Outpatient Program.
