Since 1883, Crossroad has focused on the mission of creating promising futures for children and families. Today, our family directed programs concentrate on providing behavioral health treatment, education programs, and support services tailored to client needs and strengths. Crossroad residential programs for children and youth, ages 6 to 21, are offered on our Fort Wayne campus. Our programs include Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Secure Intensive Treatment, Open Residential Programming, and Diagnostic Evaluation. Our residential programs are available to all qualified children and referrals are accepted from judges, youth serving professionals, educators, counselors, parents, and others. Crossroad will admit clients with medical challenges including, but not limited to, seizure disorders, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, cancer, and shunt placement; we will also accept children with developmental delays and learning challenges on a case-by-case basis.

At Evolve Indy we try to make the recovery process as comfortable for our clients as possible by utilizing luxurious, comfortable housing, while providing a unique clinical program specializing in Substance Use Disorder and Dual Diagnosis treatment. This stage in the continuum of care is focused primarily on helping clients develop independently in the community, maintain and sustain mental health, and achieve long term continuous sobriety after treatment.

We offer residential and PHP programs treating adults with primary mental health, trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, and co-occurring disorders. What Sets Us Apart Transformations at Mending Fences provides the appropriate psychological and physiological care necessary for healing. We offer a variety of traditional and experiential therapies that will fit the needs of each client who walks through our doors.

Newport Healthcare, the nation’s leading behavioral healthcare provider, is the parent company of Newport Academy for teens, Newport Institute for young adults, Center for Families in Pennsylvania, and the PrairieCare family of programs in Minnesota. Newport Healthcare offers individualized, comprehensive treatment for ages 12–35 that encompasses psychiatric care and medication management, evidence-based clinical and experiential modalities, life skills programming, and academic support.
