Oregon Trail Recovery is a long-term transitional living program. We provide PHP and IOP services which are paired with our sober living homes for those seeking recovery from chemical dependency. We serve men and women ages 18 and up for up to 3 months, and ask for a minimum of a three month verbal commitment. We use a variety of evidenced-based modalities of group and individual therapy, as well as adventure excursions.

At Evolve Residential Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based treatment for teens and children ages 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, dual diagnosis, ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary therapeutic modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Teens and children participate in individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week; weekly psychiatry sessions; daily groups (on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention); and daily academics. For families from out-of-state, we conduct family therapy remotely. At Evolve, our goal is compassionate, high-quality treatment that will last long after your child or teen leaves our program. We offer daily experiential activities proven to support recovery (e.g. equine therapy, surf, art, drama, music, yoga, etc.) and 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses. Our educational program is fully accredited and provides enhanced tutoring within a therapeutic environment, with individualized educational plans. When teens return to their home school after completing treatment with us, they bring with them concrete study and organizational skills along with enhanced engagement. Our specialized curriculum is designed to close proficiency gaps and help students grow their strengths, while building executive functioning, time management, and motivation.
