Top of the World Ranch is holistic, individualized set upon a private 315-acre property. Our program treats chemical addictions (alcohol and drugs) as well as process addictions such as gambling, sex, pornography, food, gaming, phone addiction and other dependencies that stand alone or accompany the chemical addictions. Our program also recognizes and treats co-occurring mental disorders that often accompany addictions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental afflictions. Our holistic program is focused on creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle, in conjunction with the most innovative and researched based therapeutic techniques currently available in addiction treatment. We assist our clients in reconnecting to themselves after having been lost to their addictions. Evolve’s residential treatment center offers compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral issues. Many of our teens have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Our handpicked treatment team consists of board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, Master’s-level residential counselors and 24-hour support staff. We utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with experiential therapies (e.g. equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, surfing, music, art, drama, fitness, yoga and more). Teens participate in individual/family therapy at least five times a week, psychiatry sessions once a week, and daily groups on DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention. For out-of-state families, we conduct family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video conference. We also provide daily academic support to help your adolescent stay on track with school.

At Evolve, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based treatment for teens aged 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, and other mental health/behavioral issues. Our emphasis on safety and individualized attention are reasons why so many families from all over the country choose Evolve. Our primary therapeutic modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Teens participate in individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week, weekly psychiatry sessions, and daily groups (on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention), as well as learning coping skills and participating in daily academics. Our Catalyst Day Program in Wheaton is designed for adults 18 years and older. It is designed to be less restrictive than a hospital or residential program while providing a higher level of care than is available through outpatient counseling. This intensive treatment program may be the perfect answer for those who are not making satisfactory progress through outpatient counseling, need to move through an issue more quickly due to a life crisis, or as a step-down from hospital/residential care. The treatment plan is customized to meet the individual's unique needs, integrating psychological, physical and spiritual components. Many clients find comfort in the fact that we are Christian based so they have confidence the care they receive will not conflict with their beliefs. Whether or not clients are Christian, they receive equal respect and quality care in a safe environment. Our Comprehensive DBT treatment program is suited for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with these and other mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. Northwest College Support exists to help young adults ages 18 60 26 transitioning from treatment programs, wilderness programs, and leaving their home environment. Based out of beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Northwest College Support provides a wide range of supportive services to help students meet their potential as they attend college.
